Hey everyone, welcome back to another video from Beac Bum Trading! Today, in this [Is John Deere Stock (DE) a Good Stock to Buy Now? | DE | Deere & Co. | Quick Take] video 🎥, we’re going to be looking at an interesting stock that caught our eye – Deer.
Deer is currently trading at 367 but it’s showing signs of a possible bounce back up to 460. It also has a multiple bottom pattern which is a good sign for potential support. From a risk-reward perspective, it seems like a decent opportunity with a potential 20 point downside at 340.
However, despite these positive indicators, there are certain concerns that we have about Deer. Its tractors are quite expensive and with the current high interest rates, it may not be a favorable market for them. However, Deer did outperform in their latest earnings, beating EPS by 20% and revenue by 2%.
