Hey everyone, welcome back to Beachbum Trading! Today, in this [Best ETF to Trade Water | AQWA | PHO | Quick Take] video 🎥, we’re going to quickly look at one of the ETFs that was mentioned by @GeraldFitz in last week’s live chat on clean water investments. It’s called AQWA and we did some research on it in our research tab. So, let’s take a quick look at this ETF and also compare it to some other water ETFs that we already have. As you can see, the risk-reward profile for AQWA is not that great at the moment, with a narrow range from 1.24 to 1.44. It did make a new 52-week high recently, which we will update in our sheet. However, there isn’t much upside potential at the moment.
Looking at the chart, we can see that it has broken out and currently pays a small dividend of 14 cents twice a year. It is at the top of its range, but there is some potential for a bit of upside. Now, let’s take a closer look at the profile and holdings of AQWA. It follows a niche ESG strategy and is market-cap weighted, with top holdings including Ecolab and American Waterworks.
