Welcome to our newest short [NKE | Nike, Inc | Quick Take] video 🎥 on investing in Nike and understanding the potential impact of recent events on the company’s stock. As most of us are familiar with Nike, we know that they face a lot of pressure from China’s decrease in sales and potential headwinds due to tariffs. In response, we have added Nike at the 60 strike, which also showed up as a double bottom in Finviz on the 12th. Quickly analyzing the puts on Nike, we can see that at the current premium of 52, it is relatively low at 276, only giving us a 3.6% return. However, if we see a further decline in Nike, especially due to tariffs, we might see a spike in the premium, making it a more attractive investment.
