First, I went to our research sheet and did a quick find for QMOM. This is the iShares momentum ETF and it has a 52-week risk reward ratio of only 1.4, with a bottom to top of about 4.8. Looking at the chart for QMOM, we can see that it has been running high for quite some time. However, it recently had a double top and rolled over, indicating a bearish turn. As the bearish sentiment returned to the market, we saw a decline in momentum and it broke down below its moving average, heading towards a longer-term average.
