We’ll look at what happened in the 2008-2009 recession, when people panicked and pulled their money out of their 401k, realizing a 30% loss. We want to remind viewers [Don’t Panic! ] and that you need to remain calm in order to minimize losses and not give in to panic. Even if the markets drop by 20-30%, you won’t have realized any losses until you actually sell and take the money out.

We’ll also look at strategies for forgiving yourself for losses and learning from mistakes. So tune in for expert advice on the essentials of not panicking during downturns!
