Welcome to the BeachBum Trading channel! In this [ACNT | Ascent Industries Co. | Quick Take] video , we’re gonna take a closer look at ACNT and T, a small cap US steel play. We identified this stock on 19th, when we spotted a sector rotation out of steel. After looking at all the steel companies, we identified ACNT as a potential laggard in the category. This stock has several bottom touches around 8-12 with upside potential into the low 11s, and even up to 18 long-term. They’ve maintained a good profit margin and have a small float, plus there options available which is a good sign. This could be a potential turnaround play and a way to play the sector rotation in and out of steel. We’ll be adding this to our Bullpen stocks so we can keep an eye on it.
