But why is December not as strong as November? We discuss factors such as tax loss harvesting and selling, as well as positive pressure from what is known as “window dressing.” By understanding how these factors can affect the market, we can be more selective in the stocks we choose to invest in.

We see that regardless of the outcome, December tends to bring heightened market activity and positive performance.
