Today, in this [NBIS | Nebius | Quick Take] video , I want to share with you my quick due diligence on NBIS. We recently added NBIS to our Puts ROIC research Google Sheet with a $15 strike price and a February 21st expiration. If we take a look at our research sheet, you’ll see that NBIS is currently trading at around $32, significantly higher than our strike price.

We set our strike price at $15 because the stock had hit a 52-week low at $14, making it an attractive entry point. The premium on this put option is only $2.55, which may seem small, but it still gives us a return on capital of almost 8%. However, this premium may continue to increase as the VIX is currently low, making premiums in general also low.

Now, let’s take a deeper look into NBIS. NBIS, or Nebius Group NV, is a technology infrastructure company based in the Netherlands. It provides infrastructure and services to AI builders, making it a strong contender in the AI industry. It’s similar to SMCI, but without the accounting problems.

Additionally, NBIS is an optionable stock but is currently not shortable.

In this [PAVE | Global X U.S. Infrastructure Development ETF | Quick Update] video , we will be discussing PAVE, a global infrastructure development ETF. PAVE seems to be performing well and is currently at a high point, potentially due to the recent infrastructure bills. The ETF is optionable, but has a small dividend. The constituents of PAVE are listed as United Rentals, Train Eaton, Emerson, etc., which all fall under the US infrastructure development index. PAVE is currently high but could possibly trend back up if infrastructure investments continue. The PAVE ETF has had a 22% increase in the past year.
