We are actively working on enhancing our covered call Google sheet and this week, we have added a new column – the risk-reward (RR) column. This column will show the risk-reward profile by calculating the sell price divided by the Delta for that strike price and expiration. Our goal is to optimize the premium we receive while minimizing the risk of getting called away, especially for positions where the strike price is lower than the buying price.

We believe this new column will help us optimize our covered call strategy and in this video, we will walk you through the process. We will also discuss other important factors to consider when picking a strike price.

Welcome to today’s [How To Chart Options | Webull WebTrade Platform] video , where we will continue our discussion on generating income while waiting for bull markets to return in the stock market. In addition to swing trading and scalping, we will also explore the option of selling puts. This week, we took advantage of Tesla’s decline by selling a May 17th 150 strike price put at 940. Let’s switch over to Webull and take a closer look at this trade. The platform’s new options trading feature allows us to easily see charts and prices, making it a valuable tool in our trading arsenal. This new feature also allows us to chart options and add indicators such as pivot points and volume weighted average price. This makes it easy for us to make informed decisions when selling options.
